**December Update 2024**

The building company we've engaged with will be starting construction of the new workshop in late January 2025. We have all the building permits and approvals ready to go, so we'll have things underway early next year when the builders return from holidays.  It's been a long wait to get to this point, but finally some good news to finish off the year!

We'll be back with some updates in late January/early February on how things are looking with the workshop and we'll keep updating the website as things progress. We're sorry things have taken so long, there's been a lot of waiting during this process but looks like the worst of it is behind us now.

Shepherd Arms is a gunsmithing business with over 5 years experience providing a variety of gunsmithing services focusing on firearms refinishing, restoration and customization. We are a small team trained at a Gunsmithing College in the USA, and we're located in the Hunter Valley Region of NSW.

We are proud to offer quality gunsmithing services at a reasonable price and If you're not satisfied with a job, then neither are we!  Some of our services include metal restoration with Cerakote and Duracoat finishes, Express Rust Bluing, Stock Repair, Bedding and Refinishing. We also do some machining work for fitting barrels, muzzle brakes and sight bases.
